Including 24Bit samples, chromatic mapping, Una Corda and new engine!. Galaxy II’s Vienna Grand is comprised of sampling a BOESENDORFER IMPERIAL 290 grand piano. Established by Ignaz Bösendorfer in 1828, Bösendorfer are the oldest piano manufacturers still in production and have a history of constructing some of the worlds finest instruments. The Model 290 Imperial, a 9’6” grand piano, is famous for its powerful soundboard and its extended keyboard; going as far as a bottom C0, making a full eight octave range or 97 keys.
All Galaxy Pianos are now delivered with the new version K4, which is based on the Kontakt 4 engine by Native Instruments, presenting a completely redesigned direct access user interface, enhanced performance and new features including true half pedaling, true repedaling lossless sample compression.

VIENNA GRAND IMPERIAL
Galaxy II’s Vienna Grand is comprised of sampling a BOESENDORFER IMPERIAL 290 grand piano. Sometimes, these extra keys are hidden under a small hinged lid, on others, the colours of the extra white keys are reversed (black instead of white). The extra keys are added primarily for increased resonance from the associated strings; that is, they vibrate sympathetically with other strings whenever the damper pedal is depressed thus creating a fuller tone. With the VIENNA GRAND they are playable.
The Vienna Grand was recorded at Hansahaus Studios/Germany which is famous for its outstanding Jazz Recordings and has received two Grammy Awards. We placed great emphasis on capturing the Bösendorfers huge dynamic range and energy, especially its powerful low end; using additional microphones in the lower register. |

Mortal digi!!!! justo que estaba buscando un piano y me había pasado por el post viejo del galaxy y estan todos los links caidos  Che entre este y el steinway, cual suena mejor para piano de concierto o algo así?? Gracias chavon!! te adoro  ajaja |

Alguien lo ha comparado con el vintage D? Yo estoy muy contento con él (Vintage D), hasta el punto que me estoy planteando de desacerme de la mayoría de los pianos que tenía hasta ahora. Lo digo porque mi cuenta hotfile me ha caducado, pero con estos regalos de navidad....uff.. Muchísimas gracias Digi-PapaNoel

no probe esta update, pero creo que solo actualiza la interfase, no hay ningun cambio en el sonido . Realmente estoy en la misma situacion que vos de borrar pianos, pero este es uno de los que conservaria , porque tiene la calidad de sonido del vintage d pero con otro caracter , es uno de los píanos que conservaria junto con el alicia keys |

Digi , queria decir que estube sapando todo el dia con estos pianos y suenan muy bien , le diste un buen clima a este sabado gris ! gracias papaa Yo no la tengo muy clara en sonidos de piano, pero mañana voy a postear el Steinway nuevo con esta interfaz.
